Jennifer H. Goulet is the President of ArtServe Michigan, providing leadership, vision and management for the organization's work in advocacy, capacity building and strategic communications. She joined ArtServe's staff in 2007 as its Director of Development, was promoted to the position of Director of Organizational Advancement in 2008, and assumed the role of President and CEO in February 2009. As a former Board member for the Michigan Association of Community Arts Agencies, Goulet served on the merger negotiations team for the ArtServe/MACAA merger that was effective in October 2006 and ArtServe Michigan's post-merger transitional Board and Executive Committee.

Cézanne J. Charles is Director of Creative Industries at ArtServe Michigan, directing the policies and programs that support individual creative practitioners. Charles directs ArtServe's statewide programs providing the knowledge, networks and advocacy needed to help empower the practices of artists, designers and designer-makers within the state. Aimed at demonstrating the innovative capacities of individual artists and creative practitioners, programs include the Kresge Artist Fellows Professional Practice Opportunities program, the Creative Many Programs & Seminars for Artists, Community Supported Art Detroit, and the upcoming Design Futures summit. Charles is an artist and curator and co-founded the hybrid art & design practice rootoftwo in 1998 (with John Marshall). Charles joined ArtServe Michigan in 2008.

Jennifer Hill is Director of Special Projects at ArtServe Michigan, responsible for managing fundraising,and the implementation of the Michigan Cultural Data Project as well as contributing to the strategic development of ArtServe Michigan. Hill served ArtServe Michigan as a consultant in 2009 and became an employee of ArtServe Michigan in 2010.

Langford provides leadership, strategic direction and management of ArtServe's development and fundraising initiatives. She is responsible for cultivating diverse funding sources and building sustainable revenue streams to support organizational growth and capacity building. In addition, she leads the implementation of the ArtServe strategic development plan.

Mike Latvis is the Director of Public Policy at ArtServe Michigan, providing leadership, strategic direction, management and implementation of our arts, culture and arts education advocacy efforts. Broadly, he develops advocacy campaigns and public policy designed to build support for the arts, artists, arts education, and cultural activities within the Michigan Legislature, State Executive Office and US Congress. He also regularly contributes to discussions, forums and texts that promote the impact, value, breadth and depth of the quality and diversity of cultural activities in Michigan communities. Latvis serves as Americans for the Arts state advocacy captain in Michigan and is currently serving as the Vice President of its nationwide State Arts Action Network Council. Latvis joined ArtServe Michigan in 2007.

Dorrie Milan is Creative Industries Associate at ArtServe Michigan, assisting in carrying out the policies and programs that support individual creative practitioners within the state. Simón Perazza is the Director of Strategic Communications at ArtServe Michigan, providing leadership and strategic direction to manage the organization's communications positioning arts, culture, arts education and the creative economy as essential to Michigan's future. His work is designed to connect the sector with the resources and experiences while engaging dialogue on issues facing the creative sector. He serves as project manager for the publication of Creative Impact Michigan, ArtServe's online e-magazine raising awareness of the powerful impacts of creativity across Michigan. Perazza joined ArtServe Michigan in 2008.
